Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are hiring for 12 AI / Agentic AI openings with a leading organization in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Work mode: Hybrid

Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates currently serving notice period.

OPEN ROLES

* AI Engineer: 4 openings | 3-5 years of experience | Budget up to 18 LPA

* Senior AI Engineer: 4 openings | 5-7 years of experience | Budget up to 25 LPA

* Tech Lead - AI/Agentic AI: 4 openings | 7+ years of experience | Budget up to 35 LPA

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who have personally built and deployed production-grade AI or Agentic AI applications.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Python, FastAPI, API development/integration, architecture, debugging and production engineering fundamentals.

* Docker/containerization and Kubernetes/EKS.

* Hands-on Agentic AI experience: ideally 2-3 years; 1+ year is acceptable with strong first-principles understanding and genuine production experience.

* At least one agentic framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, Strands, ADK or equivalent. Candidates using custom components should be able to explain their engineering trade-offs.

* Agent loops, state management and tool orchestration.

* Ground-truth datasets, evaluations/evals, observability, deployment and production monitoring.

* Ability to discuss architecture/design and execute with minimal guidance.

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE

Please highlight the systems you personally built and deployed, your contribution, the frameworks used, and how the systems were evaluated and monitored. Hands-on production delivery matters more than conceptual familiarity.
