JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an AI Developer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS SageMaker, and be comfortable building scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.)
- Build agent-based workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and multi-step reasoning
- Deploy, fine-tune, and manage models on AWS SageMaker
- Build APIs and microservices for AI applications using Python
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost in production
- Integrate LLM solutions with existing enterprise applications
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model accuracy and safety
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
