We at Coforge are hiring with the following skillset:

• Must have 7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Data Modeling.
• Design and build memory architectures supporting session, conversational, and long-term agent memory.
• Develop retrieval interfaces for enterprise AI and agentic platforms.
• Design data models for high-volume, low-latency conversational workloads.
• Implement and optimize vector search, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and ranking strategies.
• Work with Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL pgVector, or similar retrieval solutions.
• Design and manage NoSQL, document, key-value, and caching technologies such as Redis.
• Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Support chunking, embedding strategies, vector indexing, and semantic retrieval quality improvements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate memory and retrieval quality using relevance, groundedness, and performance metrics.
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture decisions.
