Key Responsibilities:

• Define the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap tailored to client goals and industry standards.

• Engage with pharmaceutical clients to pinpoint and prioritize high-impact AI agent and automation use cases.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, UX, and domain SMEs to design scalable Agentic AI architectures.

• Lead discovery and solution design, mapping complex business needs to robust GenAI-powered solutions.

• Provide thought leadership on deploying Agentic AI within GxP-regulated pharma environments.

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering deep understanding and adoption of Agentic AI principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of demonstrated experience in AI, including agentic AI, GenAI, and large language models (LLMs).

• Advanced knowledge of agentic AI architectures and GenAI workflows.

• Proven expertise designing and leading AI solutions for enterprise or regulated (GxP) environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for client engagements and team leadership.

• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams within data science, engineering, and product environments.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical teams in AI best practices.

• Willingness to work hybrid from Delhi/Gurgaon with immediate start availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.

• Deep familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI in pharma (e.g., GxP).

• Recognized thought leadership or publications in the Agentic or GenAI space.
