Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in AI/GenAI/ML solutioning.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, APIs and experience with Agentic AI (Lang graph, Vector Database), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, RBI guidelines).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and generative AI
• Hands on engineering, problem solving and design thinking skill is must
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture is nice to have
• Design develop and maintain Javabased applications with AIpowered features
• Integrate Claude AI Codex APIsSDKs Java SDK REST API or WebSocket into backend services
• Implement prompt engineering and context management for AI driven workflows
• Collaborate with product managers data scientists and AI engineers to define AI use cases
• Optimize AI calls for latency cost and accuracy
• Write unit tests integration tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI related production issues
• Stay updated with Claude AI capabilities SDK updates and AI industry trends

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• 5years of professional Java development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 Spring Boot REST APIs and JSON processing
• Experience with Claude AI via Java SDK or API or similar LLMs OpenAI Gemini etc
• Understanding of AI concepts prompt design embeddings context windows and token usage
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure for AI deployment
• Strong debugging problemsolving and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
