We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a demonstrated track record of designing, implementing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities and contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI/ML opportunities that align with business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, such as Regression, Supervised and Unsupervised, Deep Learning, Transformers and Generative AI.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and features for training models.
- Fine-tune and optimize models to achieve high levels of accuracy and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and proactively recommend their integration into projects.
- Evaluate and experiment with different machine learning frameworks, tools, and libraries to determine the best fit for specific tasks.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed in AI/ML development.
- Mentor and assist junior team members in understanding and implementing AI/ML techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAi and prompt engineering.
- 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with LLMs, Deep learning and ML libraries. Knowledge of OpenAI standards is a plus.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate results effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and Google Cloud for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
