Role: Senior AI Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Any location (Preferred: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build, test and improve AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI. The person will design smart systems that can read company data, answer questions and complete tasks on their own.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI applications and AI agents using LLMs
- Create Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with Hybrid Search and Re-ranking
- Write and improve prompts (Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization)
- Evaluate and benchmark LLMs for accuracy, speed and cost
- Build REST API (Representational State Transfer, Application Programming Interface) services and microservices around AI solutions
- Build data processing pipelines
- Follow CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) practices to run AI reliably in production
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, optimization, evaluation and LLM benchmarking
- Extensive experience designing and building Advanced RAG architectures (Hybrid Search, Re-ranking) and Agentic AI
- Strong Python, SQL (Structured Query Language) databases, data processing pipelines, REST APIs and microservice-based architectures
- Good understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks and MLOps
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral or similar foundation models
