What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions, client meetings, and strategy workshops as the AI and automation subject matter expert for Fable Heart Media's clients
• Translate ambiguous business problems across lead generation, sales enablement, CRM operations, onboarding, and reporting into clear technical roadmaps with ROI and delivery plans
• Architect AI, automation, data, RAG, vector database, warehouse, and integration systems while guiding hands-on engineers through implementation choices
• Own stakeholder communication independently — presenting recommendations to non-technical leaders and building trusted advisor relationships across marketing, revenue, and operations teams
• Establish engineering standards for data quality, prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, security, documentation, and maintainable automation delivery
• Work across tools including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, GCP, and Azure

What We're Looking For

• 10–14 years of technology experience with strong AI, automation, data engineering, platform, solutions architecture, or engineering management ownership
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery and strategy conversations independently with founders, business stakeholders, and revenue teams
• Hands-on enough to review architectures and implementation plans across Python or Node.js, LLM APIs, RAG systems, vector databases, data warehouses, APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong business acumen in marketing, sales, revenue operations, CRM systems, or agency and consulting environments
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, AWS, GCP, or Azure is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working East Coast US hours with high accountability and direct reporting to leadership
• AI Solutions Lead, AI Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Lead – AI & Automation, Engineering Manager, or AI Architect with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
