Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable AI solutions using DBX Native Agent framework.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Develop algorithms and models to improve agent functionality and performance.

• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend integration strategies.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on AI best practices and methodologies. • Work closely with product management teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an AI Architect with a focus on agent-based systems.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems is a plus
