Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain intelligent workflow solutions for our clients. This role involves building end-to-end automation pipelines, integrating AI tools, and streamlining marketing operations through advanced workflows and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflows using tools such as n8n, Python, SQL, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets.

  • Automate marketing processes including lead generation, CRM data flow, campaign personalization, reporting, and communication sequences.

  • Create and maintain scalable integration pipelines between marketing platforms, databases, and AI models.

  • Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.

  • Build custom scripts and micro-tools to enhance workflow capabilities.

  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify automation opportunities and improve existing AI systems.

  • Document workflows, technical processes, and best practices for internal and client use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in n8n for workflow automation and API integrations.

Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and AI model interaction.

Solid understanding of SQL for querying, transforming, and managing marketing data.

Experience with Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for custom automations and dashboarding.

Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools).

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to design clear, scalable automation architectures.

Understanding of AI/LLM tools and their practical application in marketing workflows.

Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, and build effective automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with marketing analytics, attribution tracking, or data visualization.

Familiarity with AI-powered customer segmentation, personalization, or content generation.

Previous work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).

Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) is a plus.
