Role Overview

Design and own core AI platform capabilities, architect AI services and retrieval frameworks, and drive scalability, reliability, and security across AI-powered solutions. Lead the development of enterprise-grade AI platforms, define engineering standards and best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with product and architecture stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own core AI platform capabilities and services.
• Architect AI services, retrieval frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
• Drive scalability, reliability, performance, and security of AI platforms.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead technical design and implementation of AI-based solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Design, optimize, and scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based systems.
• Establish model serving strategies and deployment standards for production AI workloads.
• Ensure Responsible AI principles are incorporated into platform design and implementation.
• Drive cloud-native architecture adoption and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Continuously improve platform observability, resilience, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and collaborate with product and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure AI platforms for enterprise use cases.
