Job Summary

We are hiring aSenior AI/ML Engineerwith strong expertise inLLMs, Generative AI, and machine learningto build intelligent, production-ready AI systems and conversational bots.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern AI techniques, model training, problem-solving, and building production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

Work with large datasets for training, validation, and testing.

Develop scalable ML pipelines and APIs.

Deploy models into production using standard engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership).

Design and buildAI-powered botsusing LLMs and GenAI frameworks.

Develop, fine-tune, and optimizelarge language modelsfor various conversational and analytical tasks.

Perform research and stay updated with the latest AI advancements.

Maintain documentation, model performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvements.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's (Master's Prefered) degree in:

oComputer Science

oArtificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

oData Science

oEngineering (CSE/ECE/IT)

oOr an equivalent strong academic background

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.

Demonstrated experience in training and deploying ML models.

Practical experience buildingbots or conversational AI systems.

Experience working on end-to-end AI projects in a production environment.

Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency inPythonand ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

Experience withDeep Learning frameworks(PyTorchor TensorFlow).

Understanding of modern ML techniques, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization.

Experience building and deploying APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

Experience withcloud platforms(AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git).

Familiarity with data engineering concepts and model lifecycle management.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and documentation ability.

Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Team-oriented, proactive, and driven mindset.

Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
