Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python and Google Cloud Platform services.
• Build scalable AI solutions utilizing GCP services such as Vertex AI, Generative AI APIs, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs and microservices for seamless interaction between AI models and enterprise applications.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production ready.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance deployed GenAI applications.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and emerging technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3.5+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions on GCP.
• Experience working with production-grade cloud applications and distributed systems.
