What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a high-performing AI/ML team while remaining hands-on with architecture and development.
• Define and execute the organization's AI/ML strategy and roadmap.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems on modern cloud platforms.
• Drive best practices across model development, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to convert business challenges into intelligent solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and business impact.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning and Time-Series Forecasting.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, ML lifecycle management, cloud-native architectures, and model monitoring.
• Strong Python programming skills and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience leading complex projects in fast-paced product environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Exposure to fintech, wealth-tech, forecasting, planning, or financial analytics domains.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, or Conversational AI.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields.
• Research publications or meaningful open-source contributions.
