Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong backend development skills and hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM applications, and RAG. The role involves building scalable, production-ready AI solutions using modern AI development tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents, Copilots, and Agentic AI systems using MCP and tool-use architectures.
• Develop scalable RAG pipelines, vector search, and semantic search solutions.
• Build backend services using Python and Java.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise data sources, and internal platforms.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and AI evaluation.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and Windsurf for rapid development.
• Work with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Spark for data processing.
• Develop reliable, observable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions at scale.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python & Java.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and MCP.
• Knowledge of LoRA/QLoRA, prompt engineering, and AI model lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of DSA, algorithms, system design, and backend development.
• Experience with Git, AWS, SQL, Pandas/NumPy/Spark.
• Experience using Cursor/Windsurf or similar AI coding assistants.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action with a production-focused mindset.
