Description of position:

We are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience. The candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets. Strong Python coding skills, expertise in AI/ML libraries, and proficiency with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP) are essential.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Proficiency in machine learning engineering, deep learning, and statistical ML.

2. Experience in a domain-specific AI application.

3. Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI.

4. Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.

5. Strong hands-on experience in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries.

6. Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets.

7. Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries.

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

9. The candidate is expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures.

10. Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can address them.

11. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

12. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable.

13. Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders.

14. Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance solution offerings.

15. Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Langchain, OpenAI, Ollama, and other relevant frameworks.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Candidates should hold minimum a bachelor's degree.

2. Any relevant certifications.
