About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI tooling and workflows that enable teams to use LLMs effectively in their day-to-day work — designing reusable AI skills, agents, and enterprise integrations using Python, TypeScript, Claude, Cursor, and modern LLM technologies. This is not a traditional ML role; the focus is on applied AI — building reliable, composable systems and making those capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Applied AI
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building and shipping production-grade systems
• Experience with Claude or Cursor AI (Mandatory)
• Experience in modern LLM development tools, building AI agents, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflow orchestration
• Experience integrating AI applications with Snowflake, DBT, Slack, Google Drive, and REST APIs
• Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, unit testing, regression testing, monitoring, and guardrails for safety and reliability
• Strong understanding of system design, data flow between AI components, observability, debugging, and AI application architecture
• Experience working with modern data platforms and analytics engineering practices, including Snowflake, DBT, SQL, data modelling, and data transformation workflows
• Familiarity with techniques for controlling model behaviour, including structured outputs, function calling, and prompt/version management
• Experience setting up AI development workflows and environments, including prompt iteration, experimentation tooling, and CI/CD for AI systems

• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP
• Vector Databases
• Finance or Accounting domain experience
