.We're hiring an AI Developer who wants to build production GenAI systems, not just experiment with them — someone excited to ship LLM-powered features that directly shape how brands find creators and measure campaign impact

What You'll Work

• OnDesign and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or simila
• r.Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of planning, tool use, memory management, and task delegatio
• n.Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models) into production applications via APIs and SDK
• s.Develop and optimize prompts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector database integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.
• ).Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for agent reliability, safety, and performanc
• e.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into agentic workflow
