Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with 03 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, or operations who are eager to work at the intersection of AI, innovation, and real-world business problems.

This role offers the opportunity to explore and build use cases using the latest AI technologies while contributing to meaningful transformation in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business and operational problems that can be solved using AI

Work on use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, automation, and digital workflows

Support the creation of prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concepts

Collaborate with business, operations, product, and technology teams

Help reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency through AI-led solutions

Research new AI tools, frameworks, and practical applications

Participate in testing, implementation support, and continuous improvement

Who We Are Looking For

03 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, operations, or related

areas Strong curiosity about AI, GenAI, LLMs, and automation

Problem-solving mindset with willingness to experiment

Fast learner with high ownership and initiative

Good communication and structured thinking

Ability to work in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment

Preferred Background

Btech from a Tier 1 college (IIT, IIIT, BITS or NIT) shall be preferred.

Software / coding / scripting

Process improvement or workflow automation

Digital transformation projects

Operations and business process understanding

AI tools, prompt workflows, no-code/low-code platforms, or personal AI projects
