Role Description The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Trainer will design and deliver training programs on core AI/ML concepts, tools, and workflows to learners at various skill levels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tiruchirappalli and involves developing structured course materials, including lectures, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments. The Trainer will conduct classroom and lab sessions, provide guidance on coding exercises, and mentor learners on building and evaluating AI/ML models. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating content to reflect current industry practices, preparing training resources, tracking learner performance, and providing feedback to help participants progress. The Trainer will also collaborate with internal teams to align training outcomes with CPS project requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of core AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and basic deep learning principles.
• Candidates should possess practical programming skills in languages commonly used for AI/ML (such as Python), along with experience using relevant libraries and tools (for example, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and Jupyter notebooks).
• Candidates should possess skills in designing structured learning content, including curriculum development, instructional planning, and creation of practical exercises and projects.
• Candidates should possess clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot code, debug models, and guide learners through real-world scenarios.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical domains would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and industry use cases of AI/ML, as well as the ability to stay current with emerging trends and technologies, would be advantageous.
