Artificial intelligence and machine learning intern

Role Description The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Intern will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI and ML models for real-world staffing and recruitment solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will work with datasets, perform data preprocessing and exploratory analysis, help implement and test ML algorithms, and assist in building prototypes that improve candidate matching and screening.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote setting, and communicate clearly with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, data visualization tools, or MLOps practices is a plus, along with an interest in how AI can transform recruitment and talent acquisition.
