Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Production Engineering (50%): Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code (Python/Node.js) to support live client deliverables. You will build backend APIs, optimize data pipelines, and troubleshoot live technical environments to ensure our delivery timelines are met.
Applied AI & LLM Integration (50%): Build AI agents, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and directly integrate foundational LLMs into our core back-end systems.
System Architecture: Work alongside senior developers to connect experimental AI work-flows with stable, enterprise-grade databases and cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills & Stack
Strong Coding Fundamentals: You are highly comfortable writing and debugging back-end code. You know your way around APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
AI/LLM Mechanics: You understand how LLMs actually work under the hood. You are familiar with prompt engineering, context window management, tokenization, and vector databases.
Systems Thinking: You can break down complex bottlenecks logically. You understand
the trade-offs between a cutting-edge AI feature and a stable, scalable software product.
Adaptability: You can context-switch quickly between researching a new AI integration
and shipping a strict, deadline-driven client feature.
