Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Fine-tune LLMs and domain-specific models using curated datasets
- Train custom models to improve accuracy, contextual understanding, and response quality
- Optimize model performance (latency, hallucination reduction, safety tuning, etc.)
- Evaluate outputs, run benchmarks, and iterate for continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to align model behavior to use cases
- Build and maintain datasets required for model training & evaluation
