Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Maintain books of accounts accurately and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and contra entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Support preparation of financial statements and schedules.
- Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
- Support Income Tax compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and GST auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Maintain proper accounting records for audit purposes.
- Assist in resolving audit observations.
ERP & Documentation
- Record accounting transactions in ERP/Accounting Software
- Maintain accounting documentation and financial records.
- Generate reports from ERP as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices and supporting documents.
Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, consultants, and internal departments.
- Support finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist management with financial analysis and ad-hoc assignments.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of statutory and internal audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- CA Articleship Completed (Mandatory).
- CA Inter/CA Final Appeared/Qualified candidates preferred.
- B.Com/M.Com qualification.
Experience
Completed CA Articleship.
0–2 years of post-articleship experience preferred.
Fresh Articleship completers are encouraged to apply.
