Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Process Reviews, and Compliance engagements.
• Conduct walkthroughs of business processes and identify process gaps.
• Prepare audit work papers, reports, and documentation.
• Support statutory audit, IFC testing, SOX compliance, and risk assessments.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and exceptions.
• Interact with client teams for information gathering and issue resolution.
• Assist seniors/managers in project execution and reporting.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments, if required.

Preferred Profile

• CA Inter/IPCC cleared.
• Prior internship/articleship exposure in Audit, Risk, or Consulting will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional consulting environment.
