Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, based in Pune Division. The candidate will engage in various financial, tax, and audit-related tasks, including preparing financial reports, conducting statutory and tax audits, assisting in corporate and tax compliance, and providing management consultancy support. The role involves collaboration with the audit team on assigned projects and ensuring all deliverables are completed within set timelines. Exposure to diversified industries is ensured while working with clients from various sectors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting principles, and preparation of financial statements
• Knowledge of statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit procedures
• Solid understanding of direct taxes, indirect taxes, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, or other ERP
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field; Semi-qualified CA preferred
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team and handle multiple assignments
• Prior experience in professional services or an auditing firm is an advantage
