Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Dehradun. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing income tax and GST returns, supporting compliance activities, assisting with financial analysis, and participating in the preparation of various regulatory filings. The role also involves engaging in client consultations, drafting reports, and conducting research to provide sound financial advice, ensuring a thorough understanding of professional standards and legal compliance. This position will provide exposure to diverse industries and an opportunity to work closely with experienced Chartered Accountants.
Qualifications
- CA Inter (both groups) qualified.
- Understanding of Income Tax and GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns
- Experience in Audit, both statutory and internal, and familiarity with related documentation and procedures
- Knowledge of Corporate Law and procedures relevant to business and corporate compliances.
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Proficiency in using accounting and tax software is an advantage
- Commitment to learning, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines
- Enrollment in the Chartered Accountancy (CA) program and a good academic track record
