Role Description

Candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including providing Income-tax and GST compliance support, advisory and litigation services, start-up consulting, business restructuring advisory and implementation support, due-diligence assistance, valuation, FEMA assistance, corporate law assistance and certification services.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate
• Technical knowledge and understanding of direct tax and indirect tax laws
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
