Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Articled Assistant located in Mumbai. The Articled Assistant will assist in delivering audit and assurance services, execute statutory and internal audits, work on financial analysis, and support in tax compliance and advisory responsibilities. The candidate will collaborate with the team in conducting investigations, and performing due diligence and valuation studies, while also gaining practical exposure to different compliance requirements and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Audit & Assurance Services, including Statutory Audit and Internal Audit processes
- Proficiency in Taxation services such as Corporate Tax, GST, and Tax Audit requirements
- Knowledge of Business Advisory and Consulting, including Financial Analysis, Strategy Formulation, and Business Valuation
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and clients
- Proficiency in commonly used accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant coursework or experience in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; enrolled in Chartered Accountancy program preferred
- Attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and a proactive approach to learning
