Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Articled Assistant. The Articled Assistant will work closely with senior professionals and handle assignments involving audit and assurance, preparation of financial statements, taxation compliance, GST returns, accounting processes, and other consultancy services. The candidate will gain exposure to real-world applications of financial and regulatory standards while contributing to the firm's operations and delivering quality services to clients.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation, auditing, and assurance procedures
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including GST compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in working with accounting and taxation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage work responsibilities effectively under deadlines
- Enrollment in a Chartered Accountancy program or equivalent qualification
