Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm's professionals in day-to-day activities such as assisting with audits, preparing working papers, and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities include helping with accounting entries, basic tax computations, documentation, and compliance-related tasks under supervision. The trainee will also be involved in data collection, file management, and coordination with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments. This is an internship role based on-site in New Delhi, offering practical training aligned with professional examination requirements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or pursuing Chartered Accountancy or a related professional accounting course.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to learn, follow professional ethics, and handle confidential information responsibly.
