Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Article Trainee based in Dwarka. The Article Trainee will assist in providing accounting, tax advisory, and compliance services. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, MIS reporting, aiding with direct and indirect tax compliance, supporting in audit processes, and assisting in transaction advisory tasks such as due diligence and valuations. The role provides an opportunity for hands-on learning in both practical and strategic aspects of finance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with direct and indirect tax compliance and basic tax planning concepts.
• Analytical skills for handling due diligence, valuations, and M&A support transactions.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to prepare and analyze management information system (MIS) reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Pursuing CA
