Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Article Assistant at Suresh Anchaliya & Co., located in Mumbai. The role involves a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Assistance in Representing clients before tax authorities, tribunals and handling litigation, appeals and settlement proceedings
• Drafting of appeals, legal submissions and providing end-to-end support in litigation matters
• Handling compliance and advisory matters relating to direct, indirect, and international taxation
• Assistance in tax planning, tax structuring, gift city and international transactions structuring, financial and investment strategies
• Assistance in transaction advisory, business valuations, due diligence and company law compliance

Qualifications

• Qualified both groups of CA-Inter
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work responsibly under guidance and as part of a collaborative team
• Proactive approach and eagerness to learn
• A background or prior exposure in legal drafting and research would be an added advantage
