Role Description The Article Assistant will support senior professionals in delivering assurance, taxation, regulatory, and advisory services to clients. This full-time, on-site role, based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, involves assisting with financial statement reviews, audit working papers, and tax computations under guidance from experienced team members. Responsibilities include conducting basic research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, preparing draft reports and documentation, and maintaining accurate work papers and files. The Article Assistant will also help in client coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups, while learning to apply professional standards and firm methodologies. The role offers hands-on exposure to diverse client engagements and practical training in core areas of finance and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation principles, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with financial and compliance-related software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and report drafting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including aptitude for research on regulatory, tax, and business issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment, manage time well, and handle multiple assignments.
  • Pursuing or having completed relevant professional or academic qualifications such as CA articleship eligibility, B.Com, or similar finance/accounting degrees.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn in a structured training environment.
