Positions: Article Trainee & Accounts Executive

Work Mode: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities & Exposure:

• Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits of Listed and Medium and Size Entity
• Accounting, Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
• Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST & Income Tax)
• ROC, MCA & Secretarial Compliance
• Due Diligence, Consultancy & Financial Analysis
• IPO and related advisory

Requirements:

• 2 Year Experience in Accounts
• Basic knowledge of accounting, audit and taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Quick learner with a smart and proactive approach to work.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
