Role Overview
- You'll lead the art teams across 4–5 shows simultaneously, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and other leads across scripting, animation, and post-production.
- Set the visual language, style, and tone for each show based on the Creative Director & Creative Producer's vision
- Make decisions around casting and character asset creation, ensuring continuity across episodes
- Guide Senior AI Artists in maintaining quality and giving feedback to their teams
- Monitor team productivity, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of visuals
- Act as the bridge between creativity and execution — translating abstract vision into repeatable visual pipelines.
- Implement SOPs and process improvements to streamline AI image generation and asset management.
- Participate in regular reviews, planning meetings, and creative syncs with other departments
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual development, or creative production, with strong operations focus.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and quick decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in AI-based workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Background in film/video production or animation/motion design will be preferred
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, character aesthetics, and overall visual storytelling
- A clear communicator who can balance creative vision with production speed
