The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends.

Alongside our core men's and women's apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 80+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing creative concepts and visual directions for shoots and campaigns.
2. Support in creating mood boards, references, and visual presentations.
3. Help with set design, props, styling inputs, and overall shoot aesthetics.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
5. Assist during shoot days with on-set art direction and creative supervision.
6. Research trends, references, and inspiration relevant to the brand.
7. Support post-production inputs such as image selection and visual feedback.

1. Candidates available for a full-time, in-office internship.
2. Candidates available for a minimum duration of 3 months.
3. Candidates currently based in Mumbai.
4. Candidates possessing relevant skills and interests for the role.

Other Requirements:

1. Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
2. Ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
3. Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
4. Good communication and collaboration skills.
5. A portfolio (student work or personal projects) is preferred.

Note:

This is a full-time, compulsory 3-6 months internship based in Mumbai. Applicants must be available to work from the office.
