About the Opportunity
Are you creative, organized, and passionate about art, marketing, and connecting with people
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Gallery Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functioning of an art gallery, coordinate exhibitions and events, promote artworks, engage with visitors, and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant creative environment while developing skills in digital marketing, customer engagement, exhibition coordination, and gallery management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotions
- Create engaging promotional creatives, posters, and social media content using Adobe Photoshop.
- Support social media management, exhibition promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing promotional materials to improve gallery visibility and audience engagement.
Gallery Operations & Administration
- Maintain artwork inventory, artist records, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure artworks are displayed appropriately and gallery spaces remain organized.
- Assist with exhibition planning, workshops, events, and artist coordination.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome visitors and provide information about artworks, artists, and exhibitions.
- Respond to customer enquiries and support artwork sales and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with visitors, prospective buyers, and art enthusiasts.
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferrred.
- Interest in art, design, marketing, and creative industries.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of social media and promotional content creation.
- Customer-focused mindset with an interest in sales and relationship building.
