Job Summary

The Art Director is responsible for leading the visual direction of campaigns and ensuring all creative outputs align with brand identity and project objectives. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the production of visual assets across print, digital, social, and video formats while collaborating closely with creative, copy, and client-servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns, brand identities, and marketing materials.
• Lead design direction across all projects to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
• Supervise and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives.
• Review and approve design work, providing constructive feedback to enhance creativity and precision.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop cohesive creative ideas.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep visuals modern and innovative.
• Oversee photoshoots, video shoots, and production processes when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
• 5+ years Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design and conceptual work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or related tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
