Art Director

The Art Director will be responsible for ensuring high levels of creative ideation, quality, and

productivity at all times. Along with the artwork/design team, he/she will be responsible for

maintaining the overall standard of design work produced and providing support to all team

members with creative tasks.

Delivering high-quality design, artwork, and layouts within corporate guidelines and

according to approved briefs, budgets, and timelines, taking projects from concept to

finished video, print, or digital/interactive output.

Working with images to ensure appropriate color profiling and suitability for print.

Demonstrating exceptional creative, artworking, and pre-media skills, generating high

client confidence in the team.

Adhering to workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities.

Ensuring a high level of quality output, minimizing job cycle rework, and eliminating all

error-related reprints.

Assisting the Creative Director with business development activities by consistently

generating innovative and creative ideas and putting forward imaginative alternatives.
