Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer based in Mumbai. The role involves conceptualizing and executing creative designs for packaging, performance campaigns, and social media. The candidate will lead art direction, collaborate with the founding team, and ensure high-quality graphic outputs across all projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and conceptual thinking
• Demonstrated experience in packaging and developing visual identity systems
• Strong skills in Graphic Design, including mastery of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Ability to oversee and guide design prses from ideation to delivery
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Having some basic Video Editing or Motion Graphics skill would be an advantage
• Experience of AI tools is a bonus
• A Minimum of 2+ years of experience is mandatory for the role

Compensation: Rs. 60,000 per month (negotiable basis skillset and/or experience).
