Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Art Director to lead our creative efforts and

drive the visual direction of campaigns, branding, and content. The ideal candidate will

combine artistic skill with leadership ability to oversee the design process, guide creative

teams, and ensure all outputs align with the brand's identity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of visual concepts, layouts, and styles across campaigns and

projects.

Direct and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and video

editors.

Translate marketing goals and brand strategies into compelling visual assets.

Oversee all design elements from concept to execution, including print, digital, social,

motion, and branding.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, creative directors, and clients to

produce integrated creative solutions.

Ensure consistency in visual identity across all media and touchpoints.

Review and approve designs, photography, illustrations, and layouts.

Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related

field.

6+ years of experience in a design or art direction role (agency or in-house).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
