Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the visual direction and creative execution across campaigns, marketplaces, digital platforms, and brand communication.
  • Develop concepts, sketches, storyboards, and creative layouts to effectively visualize ideas and campaigns.
  • Understand marketing objectives, brand positioning, customer behaviour, and target audience to create impactful creative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, content, and performance teams across multiple media formats.
  • Take projects from concept to final execution while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Guide, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to designers while providing constructive creative direction and feedback.
  • Present concepts, mood boards, layouts, and final creatives to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and business objectives.
  • Oversee production quality, workflow efficiency, and creative standards within the art department.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, design systems, and operational efficiency.
  • Research and source relevant visual references, illustrative materials, and design inspirations.
  • Review, refine, and approve final artworks, layouts, illustrations, and production-ready files.
  • Adapt and respond to feedback effectively while maintaining creative integrity and project goals.
  • Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate brand aesthetics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 6-9 years of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for visual accuracy and quality.
  • Strong work ethic with a composed, solution-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments.
  • Preferably a Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des), ideally from National Institute of Fashion Technology or equivalent design institutes.
  • Proven experience working as an Art Director or in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Relevant creative education, certifications, or professional training preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital design aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
