Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Execute Develop compelling visual concepts for marketing campaigns, integrating graphics, copy, content, websites, and social media.
- Creative Strategy & Briefs Craft clear and actionable creative briefs, aligning team direction, schedules, and deliverables.
- Design Leadership Oversee the execution of layout designs for digital and print media, ensuring top-tier quality and consistency.
- Brand & Aesthetic Development Define and maintain the visual style for branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, and multimedia content.
Experience Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Prior experience as an Marketing Design/Art Director/Senior Visualizer.
- Strong expertise in E-commerce & Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Animate).
- Solid understanding of graphic and video tools for high-quality content production.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and multimedia content.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong time and project management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive creative excellence.
- Visualisation as per copy and ability to read and comprehend copies is a must.
Communication education will be preferred e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degrees in communication from institutes of repute such as Indian Institute of Mass Comms, Symbiosis, Amity, MICA, NIFT and similar others.
