De-Sant is a design-led branding studio working with ambitious startups and consumer brands across logo design, brand identity, and packaging design.

Our work focuses on clarity, restraint, and premium positioningespecially in food, FMCG, lifestyle, and D2C brands.

We are looking for an Art Director who can take ownership of branding, logo systems, and packaging design, and help execute high-quality client work with consistency and taste.

This is a hands-on role, not just concept-only.

• Design logo identities, brand systems, and packaging layouts
• Lead visual direction for packaging-heavy projects
• Translate briefs into clean, market-ready design
• Maintain typographic and layout discipline across projects
• Collaborate closely with the founder on creative decisions
• Handle minor supporting design tasks when required

• Minimum 2 years of real packaging design experience (FMCG / D2C preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Hierarchy
• Print-ready packaging design
• Ability to work clean, minimal, and premium
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Portfolio is mandatory (packaging work must be included)
