Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling and visually strong design solutions across assigned projects.
- Apply graphic design principles, typography, layout and visual hierarchy consistently across all work.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to create and refine high-quality creative deliverables.
- Build professional and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Communicate design thinking clearly in written and verbal interactions.
- Review and refine work with strong attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and adapt work as needed.
- Work independently when required while remaining a strong team player.
- Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects knowledge will be considered a plus.

Preferred Experience & Educational Profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, typography, layout and presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
