What You'll Do:
- Lead the Vision: Oversee the end-to-end creative process for large-scale events, from initial mood boards to final technical renders.
- Master the Space: Design immersive 3D environments, stages, and experiential zones that push the boundaries of possible.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our conceptualizers and production teams to ensure every pixel translates perfectly to the physical world.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years in the Event/Experiential industry.
- Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, or C4D) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edge: A portfolio that shows you understand lighting, textures, and spatial flow like the back of your hand.
