Job Description
About The Children's Garden School (TCG)
TCG is a progressive learning community in Nagpur, growing from a kindergarten into a K–12 institution encompassing primary and now secondary education.. Our approach to education is deeply child-centered, inquiry-driven, and rooted in experiential learning.
At TCG, children learn through exploration, movement, projects, hands-on work and meaningful real-world experiences. We aim to nurture confident, curious, empathetic, and self-aware learners within a joyful and reflective environment.
We believe that arts are a powerful medium for self-expression, imagination, inquiry, and connection. Art at TCG is viewed not merely as a subject, to learn to draw and paint, but as a language through which children explore ideas, emotions, stories, cultures, identities, and the world around them.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Art & Design Atelierista who can create meaningful, interdisciplinary, and project-based learning experiences for children across kindergarten/primary years/secondary school.
The role goes beyond conventional art teaching. The facilitator will help build and manage a vibrant Atelier, where children can experiment, explore ideas, work with different materials and media, and express themselves freely.
The ideal candidate should be able to integrate art, design, storytelling, making, culture, nature, and creative thinking into everyday learning experiences.
