Description
We are looking for a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance and manage a team of QA engineers, and ensure milestone deliveries are defect-free.
The role requires strong leadership, test strategy planning, and hands-on testing.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the QA strategy for the projects.
- Manage QA engineers, assign test coverage areas, and monitor progress.
- Establish test automation frameworks (Cypress/Playwright + Detox).
- Ensure test coverage for :
- CRM workflows (Dream Deals)
- Job/Quote/Payment flows (Workly)
- HubSpot & API integrations (Kidcare.ai)
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing in coordination with DevOps.
- Provide QA sign-off for every milestone tied to payment releases.
- Report test metrics and quality KPIs to Program Manager.
Requirements
- 6- 8 years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a QA leadership role.
- Strong expertise in test automation and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Detox, Appium).
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab).
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated test execution.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven testing (GDPR, HIPAA-lite).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
