Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain all machine lines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and production targets.
Perform routine mechanical checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines and production area as per FSSAI norms.
Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure product consistency.
Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Assist in machine setup during product changeovers and new product trials.
Record production data, machine performance, and downtime logs accurately.
